Terms of Use

  • Introduction
    Welcome to GameGrove, a social gaming platform designed for entertainment purposes only. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GameGrove website and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
  • Eligibility

    • Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity, including GameGrove employees.
    • Use the Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
    • Upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
    • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Intellectual Property
    The Services and all content and materials available on the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the property of GameGrove or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works or adaptations of, publicly display or in any way exploit any of the content or materials available on the Services, in whole or in part, except as expressly authorized by GameGrove.
  • User Content
    You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Services ("User Content"). You grant GameGrove a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense through multiple tiers) to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display your User Content in any media or form, and to incorporate your User Content into other works, in whole or in part, solely for the purposes of operating, providing, improving, and promoting the Services.
  • Privacy
    Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Termination
    GameGrove may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
  • Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold GameGrove and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of another.
  • Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. GameGrove makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, GameGrove disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GameGrove does not warrant that the Services, their servers, or email sent from GameGrove are free of viruses or other harmful components.
  • Limitation of Liability
    GameGrove will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
  • Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
